CITB are providing grant funding for all CITB Levy paying employers for this course with a total of £240.00 off the advertised price.   Reconstructing Minds and the University of Hertfordshire are collaborating to bring you this theory in to practice training course to help those managing construction sites today.

The two day training course is designed to enable delegates to develop knowledge and understanding of using leadership and management skills to ensure safety, quality requirements and appropriate standards of behaviour are met when delivering projects and work plans as required by a practising or potential team leader, site manager or site supervisor. This course will enable you to develop deep insights, people management skills and styles to influence and inspire others, as well as driving performance in your organisation. Delegates will leave this course being equipped with the knowledge, tools and confidence you need them to do.

The course at a high level will cover:

  • Roles and responsibilities of a site supervisor or team leader
  • The differences between leadership and management and the relationship between the two
    quality management in site management the importance of health and safety in site management.
  • At the end of day two candidates will undertake a short multiple choice question paper, successful complete will result in a CPD certificate.
